![]() Recovery Time You are going along your day when suddenly something triggers a thought. You think about your friend that you haven’t spoken to in a while – for whatever reason you’ve drifted apart, and you pick up your phone to reach out. She does not answer but sends you a pre-written text …”Can I call you later?” and you know deep in your heart it’s an excuse for not wanting to connect. You crave those intimate conversations that you used to have with her, those thoughts that you could share with no one else. You miss that. You begin to feel a loss and start to spiral down. What went wrong? ![]() Episode 25: Brian Rollo Interview What’s your life story? This is life. We tend to get into a rhythm, one that we know and expect. The older we get the more we tend to stay in our Circle. The years pass, our dreams are shreds of the past, and we go on plugging – wondering “what would have been if…” but we shrug it off with too old, too late. The things that we are comfortable with, the ones that we are used to, are now the standard. No more adventures, no more living “la vida loca,” just day in and day out sameness.
